An unopened bottle of Hankey Bannister has no expiry date and therefore does not have a shelf life. In order to properly appreciate its colour, aroma and taste, it is recommended that bottles are stored upright in a cool, dry environment at 10 - 20°C, avoiding excessive temperature fluctuations and away from direct sunlight. Once opened, you’ll probably find that this wonderful liquid gold is too good to leave idle in a cabinet! However, if you find yourself storing it away for a special occasion, it’s best not to leave it for too long.
